Sorry today's notes are a little bit lower quality cuz I was so sick and had a fever. But still contains most of the exmaple that covered in class.

What’s Memory

There are lots of different kinds of memory in addition to remembering specific episodes from our past. Brain injuries can disrupt memory in different ways, and for different types of information.

Clive Wearing - has global amnesia; he lives in the present.

He cannot form or register new memories, and has no recollection of past events (episodic memory).

He only has 7 seconds of Memory

His memory is still flawed and can be inaccurate. However, he can remember way more information than we.
